Geographically focused on companies in Belgium and the Netherlands with a proven track record in their local markets.
We look at companies with a stable (last 3 years) EBITDA of €0.8 million to €3 million and a strong cash conversion. We are ready to offer a fair valuation for good companies, in order to create a win-win for everyone involved.
